Baby Canadian Champagne
I love this stuff! And buying a magnum to mix with OJ is what my family does for Christmas breakfast every year. Sure its 'cheap wine' and not even real 'Champagne' but its Canadian (!) and sweet, bubbly, light and refreshing. An awesome value that... +

It has only the slightest peanut taste and even that had an 'off' flavour like rancid peanuts. The bar was too dry and hard - very unenjoyable. -

The same great refreshing bubbles you expect from Canada Dry Club soda and a pretty package too! Would make a great mixer with vodka or as a fruity wine spritzer. -

I usually buy dense, chewy, non nut protein bars so this was a change for me. I did find the texture strange - more like a regular granola bar but that's something one would get used to.
The taste was delicious! and I was impressed with the 15% DV Iron content. I was happy to see there wasn't any Soy ingredients but my only complaint or suggestion would be to replace some Cane Syrup with a Stevia sweetener.

I regularly bought other Pure Protein flavours before finding this Dark Chocolate Coconut one..... but this is the BEST! Tastes amazing, like I'm really indulging in a decadent treat. When out of the house I always keep a bar in my purse - to avoid snacking on potentially less healthy choices. *BUT contains Soy ingredients and Sucralose! I find this particular flavour hard to find in store so I order online.
19 gram Protein, 190 calories in a 50g bar.

While I really do see the benefit of this product for some people - portability, convenience of pre mixed, high protein, low carbs/sugars, (and freezes well enough for a healthier fake 'ice cream' ......I just cant fathom regularly drinking something so 'candy like' in taste. I regularly use protein powders at home so I know a milder taste is preferable to me. -
Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
Granted I like the Premier Protein brand (great bars!) and the convenience of this single serve shake is awesome but...... it was like drinking kid chocolate milk. Swap the Sucralose for stevia and I'd give it another go around. The over the top... +

The over the top sweetness did give me an idea though. I found out Premier Protein Shake freezes well and would be a good alternative to ice cream for those doing Keto or other treat restricted diets!

I'm on the fence about this product. I LOVE Club Soda in general but was a bit disappointed by the lack of Mandarin flavour in this specific product. Great bubbles and very thirst quenching but too similar to regular Club Soda for me to justify the higher price.
On a side note though my 14 year old son loved it - he's only a recent convert to drinking club soda so he hasn't been exposed to many brands yet.
