I love how versatile these are. You can enjoy them on their own as a snack or sprinkle them over salads, soups, and other meals to add extra crunch and flavor. All three flavors were very flavorful. My favorite way to use them was to replace croutons in soups and salads. It's a great way to not only add some crunch and spice..but to easily add a bit of protein and fiber!
If you’re looking for something a little different to snack on or to elevate your everyday meals, these are definitely worth trying!

I wasn't the biggest fan of the scent, but it wasn't overpowering and it faded quickly so I wasn't overly bothered by it either.
I would try other scents as I love what this brand is doing for the environment!

I love how easy these patches are to use. They aren't miracle workers, but they do help diminish the appearance of blemishes. After wearing one overnight, I noticed my pimple looked less red and inflamed.
The patches are thin and comfortable to wear, and if you're a picker like me, they’re especially helpful for keeping you from touching your blemishes.
These hydrocolloid patches contain salicylic acid, tea tree oil, and cica, so they’re not just covering the blemish, they’re also helping treat it while protecting the area.
Overall, these are great to have on hand for those unexpected blemishes that seem to pop up at the worst possible time!

If you’re a dill pickle lover, you definitely need to try this one! The dill flavour is so good. It has a nice tangy, savoury dill taste without being overpowering.
What really stood out to me was the quality of the popcorn. It tastes incredibly fresh, with a nice crunch, and it’s not dry at all.
I love that it’s also made in Canada and popped in avocado oil, a better-for-you alternative to some of the oils commonly used for popcorn.
Overall, this is such a delicious combination of fresh, crunchy popcorn and that addictive dill flavour. My family finished the bag in record timing. Definitely one I’ll be reaching for again!

Elle est faite à 100 % de produits laitiers canadiennes et d’ingrédients de qualité supérieure. La saveur cerise noire est l’une de mes préférées, car elle contient de beaux gros morceaux de cerises. Ils offrent une grande variété de saveurs, donc il y en a pour tous les goûts.
C’est une bonne chose que cette crème glacée soit offerte en format de 2 L, car toute ma famille l’adore!

Not only are Plantopy's Jack'd Up Bites made in Canada they are a healthy alternative to chips.
These snacks are plant based, trans fat and cholesterol free, soy and gluten free, rich in fiber and have no artificial flavors.
They come in a variety of flavors so there is something for everyone. A serving of these bites offers 10-13 grams of protein (depending on the flavor).
I will be honest, when I first tried them I wasn't sure on the flavors. But the more I ate them, the more I ended up enjoying them. I will say the jalapeno flavor doesn't really taste like jalapeno and isn't spicy at all. The ketchup doesn't taste like a traditional ketchup chip to me. To me they have a bit of a vinegar taste (but I might be crazy because I'm the only one in my family who thought so). The sour cream and onion flavor is quite mild so I found you had to eat a few before you really got a feel for the flavor.
All in all, we ended up enjoying these snacks. I gravitate towards crunchy, salty snacks so I liked these. They are a healthier alternative to chips and have the additional benefits of protein and fiber.
I did notice a weird discrepancy on the jalapeno ones. The front of the bag says 10g of protein per 40g serving, but the nutritional breakdown says 8g of protein per 40g serving. Not sure what's happening there.. 🧐

Ferrero rocher squares are the perfect sweet treat. I love when chocolates are individually wrapped because I lack self control. The portion size is satisfying, though I could eat more than one square.
They come in 3 varieties: dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate. Each square melts in your mouth and has the perfect amount of crunch.
All three varieties were delicious, but my favorite was the dark chocolate one.

AOR Mastica Chios supplements are made in Canada and are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. Derived from the Pistacia lentiscus tree, Mastica Chios is traditionally used to help relieve symptoms of heartburn.
The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I found them to be effective in easing discomfort associated with indigestion and heartburn, with
relatively fast results.
That said, the price point is too high for me. So despite their effectiveness, I likely wouldn’t purchase them in the future.

These are super convenient. Just two gummies a day and you’re getting a mix of greens, vitamins, and nutrients that support energy, immunity, and overall health.
These are perfect if you don’t always get enough fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
I also like that they’re plant-based and gelatin free.
BUT… the taste. I don't feel they taste like lime or watermelon.
Not gonna lie, they taste kinda weird and a bit unpleasant at first. You get used to it, but don’t expect a typical sweet gummy flavor.
Overall they have great benefits and are super convenient, just not the best tasting and a bit expensive for 28 gummies.

I've been using the PanOxyl Acne Gel Wash and I’m really impressed. It’s a gentle gel-to-foam cleanser formulated with 2% salicylic acid that works to clear breakouts and helps to prevent new breakouts.
What I love most is the texture. It lathers nicely, feels super clean on the skin, and actually helped calm my breakout without stripping my skin. No dryness, no tight feeling, just clear skin.
If you’re looking for an affordable, effective acne cleanser that won’t leave your skin feeling dry, this one is definitely worth trying.
