I went in with pretty awful hair to begin with, but I left with even worse hair. To begin with, my appointment was at 9:00am and the hairdresser didn't even come up to greet me until 9:15. She was so rough with my hair to the point where it hurt. Se...   +

I went in with pretty awful hair to begin with, but I left with even worse hair. To begin with, my appointment was at 9:00am and the hairdresser didn't even come up to greet me until 9:15. She was so rough with my hair to the point where it hurt. Se did such an awful job at trimming my hair that at one point I had a 90 degree angle cut, which the instructor tried to fix, but she could not do much without taking off a lot of length. I can get over the cut but I cant over the fact that my hair is so damaged and fried from her straightening it. I would do anything to go back in time and cancel this appointment. I left the salon with an uneven cut (even after the instructor "fixed" it) and damaged hair. I understand she was a student but if Marvel College is letting these girls work with real people when they don't know what they are doing, that is very disappointing and I won't take the risk of going to MC ever again.    -
