I use this every now and again as it's too heavy on my curls when applied regularly. However, as a one-off this is a great drink for thirsty hair, leaving conditioned soft curls.

Used this oil on curly hair, it certainly didn't do any damage or weigh my hair down (no easy feat.) Not sure if my hair was actively protected from breakage, no noticeable difference there.

Really excellent for curly hair that needs moisture but gets weighed down by traditional moisture-rich shampoos. Manages to clean my hair without leaving it feeling stripped of nutrients.
