I have been taking melatonin on and off for about 2 years. I love getting a good nights sleep. I have had a few restless nights but when I take this I sleep better. I prefer the chewy gummies over pills.

I can’t live with out this product!! I wash my hair once a week and use this in between washes!! Makes my hair smell so good! Good tip is to spray your hair at night and let it soak up any oil you might have!

I use this under my foundation and it really helps with sun protection. I like how it’s lightweight and can be used everyday. The smell is light and that is a plus.
