I’ve been using AOR Active Green Tea (700 mg) and have really enjoyed adding it to my routine. One of the main reasons I liked it, it is that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free, which makes it suitable for my halal diet since the capsules don’t contain animal-derived ingredients like gelatin.
According to the product description, it helps protect against oxidative damage, which is an important benefit I look for in a green tea extract supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have an unpleasant aftertaste.
I also appreciate that AOR is a Proudly Canadian brand known for quality manufacturing standards. Overall, it’s been a simple and convenient addition to my wellness routine, and I feel confident choosing a plant-based supplement from a reputable company.

I’ve been using the L’Occitane 20% Shea Butter Hand Cream, and I get the hype now. The texture is thick but not greasy, which is rare for hand creams this rich. It sinks in pretty quickly and actually lasts — my hands still feel soft even after washing them.
The scent is clean and slightly powdery, not overpowering or perfumey, which I really like. It feels luxe without trying too hard. A little goes a long way, so even though it’s on the pricier side, it doesn’t feel wasteful.
This is definitely one of those “keep in your bag and use sparingly” products. Perfect for dry hands, cold weather, or when your skin just needs saving. I’d purchase it — especially as a small treat or gift.

While the product is effective and convenient, the lingering taste may be challenging for some children. Improving the aftertaste would make this supplement more child-friendly.

I wish they were made from a vegetarian or plant-based capsule instead, so individuals who follow a vegetarian or halal diet could also use them. First of all I love that his is a fully Canadian-made product, very local to me too, I do much like to support local and I trust the quality!
It’s so versatile—I even marinated my chicken with it before grilling, and the flavour was unreal. 🍗🔥 Also I drizzled it over pizza 🍕 and wow… total game changer! I can already see it becoming a go-to for BBQ, eggs, and so much more.
That first bite moment was incredible—sweet, spicy, and perfectly balanced. My family and I couldn’t stop talking about it!

I’ve been using TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse, and I’m really impressed with it. The first thing that stood out to me was the mild, refreshing mint flavor. Unlike other mouthwashes that can be overwhelming or overly medicinal, this one has a more subtle taste that doesn’t burn and leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh without that strong aftertaste. The whitening effects hasn’t been noticed since I haven’t been using it for awhile enough to see this. However after a few usage, the overall look of my smile has improved. It’s not an instant transformation, but the gradual change is definitely there. One thing I appreciate about this rinse is its gentle formula. I have sensitive gums, and many mouthwashes can irritate them, but TheraBreath’s rinse doesn’t cause any discomfort or burning. The ingredients feel cleaner and more natural than some of the harsher alternatives, and I’ve experienced no sensitivity after using it regularly. As far as overall oral health goes, I’ve noticed my breath lasts longer throughout the day, and I haven’t had issues with dry mouth. My gums also feel healthier, which gives me more confidence in my daily interactions. All in all, if you’re looking for a mouthwash that combines whitening and breath-freshening without being too harsh. TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse is definitely worth considering. While it’s not the most budget-friendly option, I feel the results justify the price. It’s a great choice for anyone who wants a gentle, effective solution for both oral health and a brighter smile.
