Well, this was truly a happy surprise. I have tried everything short of hormones and I have been waking up so drenched I truly thought I'd wet the bed...at 44. And it has gotten so consistent I could set a clock by my body. I started to see results with int he first few days and then noticed a sharp decline in night sweats and hot flashes. By week 3, it was really cutting them down and I was waking up dry again! I recommend this so hard, it's crazy. You owe it to yourself to try it.
