I don’t know about you, but I’ve been trying to get outside and move my body, despite our Canadian Winter weather! (Though it’s been great the last few days!) For protection against the elements, I usually wear sunglasses, winter gear and sunscreen with a high SPF on my face! That snow can really reflect the sun ya know?! I am loving Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Face Mist Sunscreen SPF 50 as it is convenient to use, feels lightweight and is non-greasy. This face mist spray is an oxybenzone-free formula that helps protect your skin against harmful UVA & UVB rays! I would say that I like that it can be misted, but prefer to spray it on and rub it in with my fingertips. It is perfect for sensitive skin like mine, and a helpful product to reduce signs of aging and skin damage from the sun! I love that it isn’t oily and I can apply it under or over makeup, without it wrecking it. Lastly, I adore that the scent is enjoyable, and does not make me smell like take-out food like some others do! I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. -

I was so excited to try Dove's new Hydrating Body Wash with Aloe and Birch Water as it claimed to hydrate and refresh thirsty skin. Those claims did not disappoint as I definitely noticed a difference in my skin after only a few washes. It came into my beauty routine at a perfect time as thanks to our dry Alberta air, my skin has too, been dry! The scent is light and refreshing which I enjoy, as I do not love overpowering scents. This body wash leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh and hydrated. It lathers nicely and does the job well. I often treat myself to a craft soda or Canada Dry Ginger Ale when I crave something bubbly. I am a huge fan of the Moscow Mule Cocktail but I could not find ginger beer in stock anywhere, so I substituted with Canada Dry Premium Ginger Ale and it did not disappoint! I just mixed 1.5 ounces of vodka with a splash of lime juice, some soda water, and topped it off with Canada Dry Premium Ginger Ale. It was soo tasty! I can’t wait to try it with Canada Dry’s new Premium Ginger Beer (when I can find it, it was sold out everywhere - it must be THAT GOOD!)
I have enjoyed Canada Dry Premium Ginger Ale on it’s own and mixed into my favourite cocktail. It is lighter in both colour and taste than their regular ginger ale and it is not as sweet with only about half of the sugar content! The bottles are beautiful and gave it a real boujee and up-class vibe, as well as a little nostalgia feeling. I will definitely be purchasing Canada Dry Premium Craft Sodas again to enjoy and have been recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

This soap foams up nicely from the easy-to-use pump dispenser. The soap is mild, cleanses well, and has a light and pleasant scent. I was curious if I would like the hyacinth scent and I do! The soap rinses off nicely and does not leave a sticky residue. My hands feel soft, supple and clean after use which is awesome considering how often I am cleaning them right now. It is not harsh so there's no irritation, just a lovely glow! I use it a few times a week and have been suggesting that my boyfriend use it also. I really love using it when my face is particularly oily/dirty; it really scrubs the layers of oil, sweat and sunscreen away while at the same time being gentle. This winter my facial skin went through a rough, dry patch. My skin was especially flaky and dry due to our cold Alberta winter. Unfortunately my skin became uneven and a bit pigmented to boot. I used this serum for about 3 weeks and all the odd pigmentation disappeared! The serum is very light, not oily or sticky and my skin absorbed it quickly. It made my skin feel like silk and my skin appeared brighter/luminous! I would recommend this to my friends and would purchase it in the future. I live in Alberta and my face had been super dry this season with flaky patches. I had tried multiple products before and decided it would not hurt to give this a try. Within only a few uses, my facial skin was noticeably different: brighter, hydrated, soft and smooth. There is a slight glitter in the cream, but you barely notice it on your face, and I enjoy the luminous glow it leaves.It does have a slight sticky feeling at first application, however, it fades quickly. This body spray was right up my teenage Son's alley! He's already a fan of Axe products and was happy to try this Wild line! He said he loves the scent of this one and that his friends were even asking, "What are you wearing?" He stated that it lasts almost all day but needs to reapply it after gym class or other super sweaty activities. He has it proudly displayed on his dresser due to the "cool" packaging and has asked me to purchase it again. I can tell it is effective as I cannot smell body odor so that is a definite reason for me to purchase it again. The scent lingers in the air after application but I find it nice and not too strong.
