Swiss nature, Menno Librium, herbal relief therapy is supposed to be good to help with hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia, fatigue, and rheumatic pain. I’m not sure if it really helped me as much as I wanted it too. Some of the things that it should have relieved was not 100% effective for me I still had night sweats and Vaginal dryness. Overall, it was easy to take. You only had to take it twice a day one tablet only. Everyone is different so they work better for somebody else but overall, I didn’t see a huge change. I haven’t noticed if it’s whiten dirty but I’ve only used it less than a week I like that it’s not overpowering flavor. I definitely will continue to use the Colgate sensitive pro relief and gentle whitening toothpaste. I’m not sure if there’s an age limit on using it, but I would definitely recommend anybody that has sensitivity issues definitely to use it. -

It would be beneficial to have the oil come out in a pump as putting it I. To your hand can be tricky as not to drop of spill any. Overall, I like the feel of my skin after I used it.
