I started using this mascara on July 19th with the claim that in 4 weeks I would see thicker, longer and stronger lashes. I received this Covergirl Simply Ageless Lash Plumping Mascara for free in exchange forcmy honest review.
As someone with fine, fair lashes mascara is my number 1 makeup item I use daily. The ingredients of this product made me have high hopes for this buildable formula. The first time I used it, I enjoyed the pigment- I really enjoy a true black mascara. I thought the brush was a bit larger than I preferred but it was OK.
I didn't notice any real difference with my second coat.
Over the next few weeks I used it daily. I found the product get clumpy and I had to wipe down the brush before using. I also noticed by the end of my work day, I had mascara under my eyes and I would also get stinging and need to take it off.
After 4 weeks, I'm giving up. I don't feel like my lashes look any longer or healthier. This product is just not a winner for me.

I love the aqua colour of this product and it smells fresh. My only concern is that the product is thick and the dispenser is very small. I really had to squeeze hard to get it out. So perhaps it could be a bit larger, the product is a great consistency.
It dried quickly and peeled off in a big piece. It left my skin soft and not feeling stripped. The next day it still felt great and I noticed I wasn't as shiny by the afternoon. I will definitely buy this again. It will be on constant rotation in the summer. #gotitfree #tryaveenofacemasks #purelymatte

When I got this product, I was confused. How can a conditioner be mousse? There was a definite learning curve, first time I didn't use enough. Then I used too much. It doesn't feel like anything on your hair so it was tricky at first. Then I figured out my amount and it was great! Smells amazing, washed out easily, left my hair soft and bouncy. Only concern is that you won't get many uses out of the container compared to a traditional conditioner.

It doesn't feel like anything on your hair so it was tricky at first. Then I figured out my amount and it was great! Smells amazing, washed out easily, left my hair soft and bouncy. I love black tea, but this is my favourite herbal tea! It smells amazing, has a great flavour and is an awesome pink colour when it steeps! Tazo Chai Classic Tea

I was so excited to try the Got2Be Head Turner temporary hair colour in Cotton Candy. The box showed a pretty pastel pink that said it would last up to 3 shampoos.
The instructions said it could be applied to damp or dry hair so I tried it first on damp hair. The colour wasn't what I expected but it said to dry as normal so I thought it might lighten up when it dried. When it dried it felt terrible and was not lighter. It looked very uneven so I added more. It looked more even but felt even worse.
My bathroom was also covered in pink spray.
The next day I had to wash it and most of the colour washed out immediately. This could be a fun product for someone with white hair who wanted a few streaks but not for all over colour. I will not be purchasing it in the future.

I tried the Dove Shower Foam Shea Butter with Warm Vanilla Foaming Body Wash and found it very light and a nice change.
I received this as part of the product review club and this was my favorite of the formulations.
The vanilla scent was delicious and remained lightly after my shower. The light foam rinsed easily and left no residue. I enjoyed the pump dispenser and packing of the product.
This formula would be great in the summer.

The scent was a bit stronger than I had anticipated in the shower. It didn't linger on the skin after so that was good.
I liked the easy to use pump- handy when you have wet hands. The foam was very light and rinsed easily. Almost too light actually- hand to act fast to get it on my skin. Did seem to moisturize but not as much as I'd like in the winter. I'd definitely use this more in the warmer months.
I would purchase this again but likely wait for a sale or coupon.

The scent is one of my favourites from Dove. It doesn't linger after the shower but leaves your skin nice and fresh. The foam was a bit runnier than I had expected. It rinsed easily and left no residue.
I think I would really enjoy this #lightasair formula in the summer. I prefer a more rich formula in the winter.
Pump dispenser makes it easy to get the product out.
