I'm suppose to use it 1-2 times a week at night. It's claim is to multitask to revitalize damaged hair with its gel like formula with sealing agents for targeted bond repair. It's designed to be used with other products from their line (of which I do not have). It's too early to tell if it's doing anything as I have only used it a few times.
I'm not sure if I will continue to use it as it contains 4 different kinds of wheat and I have 2 people in my house that are gluten free for health reasons, If fragrance bothers you then this product will too. It's a strong floral scent.

📢 From time to time I receive free product from @thisisbutterly in exchange for an honest review on social media. This is one of those posts.
✅ This time I have been trying out EsopH @esoph.ca which is an acid reflux therapy that claims to help relieve heartburn & protect the esophagus from stomach acid.
The instructions are to take it 4x a day (after each meal & before bed). I had no idea it was a liquid in the packet, and to SIP it slowly. I honestly thought it was a powder and was confused with the don’t dilute with water instruction.
It’s an oil like consistency (see the video clip in this post), tastes like a diluted cough syrup with a slight odor of lemon. And it leaves a slimy like after texture in the mouth.
To be honest, haven’t noticed any difference in the last week. I get acid reflux due to me standing in the doorway of menopause so I’m not sure if this is the right product for me. And to date only pickle juice alleviates it.
Taking this only gave me extreme burps for a while after wards – and burps don’t help the acid reflux. And if you are trying to cut down on the single use plastics in your life, this isn’t helping with that.
I encourage you to check them out if you have acid reflux & do some research to see if this product is right for you.

The day my mother told me I could FINALLY wear make up out in public I never looked back!! Hello 80’s blue & pink everywhere.
But a new trend seems to be on the horizon, one I’m not too sure about. Setting sprays. You are suppose to spray it on your face after you are done, and it “sets” your make up. I have always been a powder girl when it comes to setting, but when Urban Decay asked me to try this new one out, I was all over it! In this weird northern/central Alberta summer we are having it did keep my make up good through out the day, meaning I never had to touch it up. But I did find it a tad drying. However with me hitting Quebec up next week where it’s high humidity I am taking this with me to see how it holds up with heat that will melt my face.

Apparently, they contain natural skin soothing ingredients, helps prevent picking & scratching AND are vegan & latex free.
BUT… its been sooooo cold & rainy here all those blood sucking mosquitos aren’t awake yet so I cant try these out ( insert sad face) but as as soon as they rise from the depths of hell these patches are in my took box ready for it!!!
need bugs to try them out, but the weather is not cooperating for bugs at this time.

And I was in my early 20’s or late teens, doing make up for a group of “older” ladies at a retreat. (little did I know they were in their 40’s) But this one lady had horrible skin, so bad it scared me into a proper skin care regime as I did not want skin like hers when I hit 40. So that day my obsession of eye creams was born. And a couple weeks ago @thisisbutterly and @lancomeofficial asked if I would try out the new Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum Eye for free in exchange for a review. Of course I said yes as HELLO – eye cream!!!

I used 2x a day, noticed a huge difference right after application in the look of my eye area, I did not like however how drying it was, this is a serum not a moisturizer. So I did apply hydration. It smells like plain body lotion & is fast absorbing so for those quick mornings this was great! As for a long term change in the skin around my eyes, its only been a week or so… I will need more time with that.
