I have tried so many different products and they did not work. I was given the opportunity to try Promensil and have been taking Promensil Perimenopause + Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails for a month so far. Shockingly and super happy that l have noticed a huge difference in my perimenopause symptoms. I don’t have as much hot flashes and the anxiety I was experiencing before. I feel much more myself. Also my hair, skin, and nails are healthier and see my hair repairing itself from severe hair lose. As well as my nails are not paper thin anymore and are once again growing nice and long. It's easy to take and it’s a great way to support our bodies during these times we are going through perimenopause.
