This is my first time trying activated charcoal capsules and honestly speaking, I felt a major difference after taking them. Surprisingly , It really helped reduce my bloating, and I felt more comfortable during the day. I took it twice a day, both in the morning and at night before bed for starters, and it was easy to add to my routine. I didn’t have or experience any side effects, and it actually helped me sleep better too. The only weird part is that your poop turns really black — the first time I saw it, I was like “omg?” 😂 then I remembered it was the charcoal capsules. Also, once I knew it was normal, it didn’t bother me anymore. -
