I have been going to the 55 Bloor St West location and I hate it. This gym is horribly busy, under equiped and the staff rude. They tricked me into buying a year membership and now they won't let me cancel. They basically stole my money. I am so upset that I have reported them to the better business bureau and I'm warning all my friends. This company has no problem taking your money but their "policies" prevent them from provided decent service. Be wise, don't make the same mistake I did. -
