I really enjoy using this product. The peppermint smell helps reduce stress which helps set headaches aside along with the tingly feeling which helps relieve the pain! I have one that travels with me most places I go. I have the Pocket Pharmacy and I keep it in my bag. I also have one that is always on my desk at work. I don't need this all the time but when I do it is a life saver! -

Even though my experiences weren't identical to the writer's I was still able to relate! I've learned to step back and slow down. Question myself often to make sure I'm living the best version of me possible. This is still new, so it will definitely take lots of practice but I now have an added voice in my head asking why I'm doing things. I've had body image issues for as long as I can remember but never really had food issues. It was comforting reading along knowing someone else has had very similar thoughts and feelings and to know that it is possible to move past those thoughts and feelings and that even if they come back you can still move past them. So grateful to Kelsey for sharing her story! -
Pampers Baby-Dry Diapers
I prefer the Pampers Baby Dry. I've tried other brands but they ended up leaking. I feel confident that the bed will be dry when we wake up, which means my little one is also dry. I'm also happy to report no diaper rash!!
