I received this to test along with the shampoo and conditioner from Chick Advisor.
I really liked this hair treatment. I can't tell if my hair colour lasted longer with it, but it did help me style my coloured hair. I massaged a little into the ends of my hair (where it gets most dry with colouring and/or heat styling) and it did not weigh it down. I loved the scent that reminded me of hair salons. Overall, I did like this treatment but I do not think it was anything overly unique in terms of leave-in treatments.

I really liked this conditioner. I can't tell if my hair colour lasted longer with it, but it did help hydrate the ends of my hair that are usually dry when I get highlights and start to feel like straw. I loved the scent that reminded me of hair salons. Overall, I did like this conditioner and it might be a repurchase next time I get highlights in my hair.

I really liked this shampoo. I can't tell if my hair colour lasted longer with it, but it did clean my hair without stripping it to a straw texture like some shampoos. I loved the scent that reminded me of hair salons. Overall, I did like this shampoo and it might be a repurchase next time I get highlights in my hair.

The scent was not too overwhelming and it did add volume as advertised. I have issues with products gunking up my hair and making it look greasy, and this was no exception. It looked good for the first few hours, but then it eventually did look a little greasy towards the end.

I have a small problem when it comes to Becca highlighters. I swatch them every time I go to Sephora. They are so smooth and creamy and shimmery af. I have one mini powder (Opal) and a mini liquid (Moonstone) as well as I caved and bought the Jaclyn Hill palette. I thought that was enough. It was not. The instant I saw the Prismatic Amethyst, I was smitten. I am a pale girl. Siberia-pale according to Nars. This is such a beautiful color. While I originally purchased this for the packaging and the name (Amethyst is my birthstone after all), the colour looks more like a shimmery pink on me and it is lovely with all kinds of blushes underneath. I have also gotten a little more brave with my highlight game and recently started layering Monster from Colourpop underneath as a double whammy. Monster is a good dupe in cream form for this colour, but I really like both together. -

I was a devout Gimme Brow user before I found this product on YouTube. The packaging is almost identical to Benefit's old GB packaging which I took as a good sign. I had tried other brow gels from the drugstore but was never happy with the shade selection or the brush. I like the smaller brushes and even though I have medium brown hair, I was the light shade of GB.
This product is less than 1/4 of the price and just as good. Honestly, if you blindfolded me and did one brow with each of the products, I would not be able to see a difference. I will never purchase another Gimme Brow so long as this bad boy exists in Canada. I will say that I have a hard time finding a place with this in stock since most of my stores only house Essence as a display at the end of the aisle. But it is worth the hunt!

This serum is awesome. I bought it from my hair salon after she used a little on my hair before styling. I was looking for something to smooth the frizz, but because I have thinner hair, I find that a lot of products weigh it down and make me look like a grease ball. This product is hydrating enough to keep my hair looking smooth and not like straw, but does not grease up my roots and drag my hair down.
The smell is amazing, like watermelon penny candies and I have been using it every day since December and I am about halfway done the bottle. The price was not that steep, especially if I need only purchase it once a year.

I was a skeptic when I first bought this foundation. I had just had my first facial and she finished it off with the Jane Iredale pressed powder in Amber. I looked amazing, but I had a feeling it was the clean face underneath the makeup that was doing the magic. But nevertheless, I was on the hunt for SPF and was told this had a low SPF... Why not try it then?
I am so pleased with this product. I swear it must be made with unicorn tears. It is incredible. I am usually a Rimmel Stay Matte gal, since I use powder solely to look less shiny. I had never tried a powder foundation before because I thought I would get cake face. I am not sure how, but this powder foundation somehow mattifies my oily bits (T-zone, anyone?) but also adds a nice glow to my cheeks (does not leave them looking dull or remotely cakey). I am not sure I will continue to use this in the winter. I think it is doing so well because I am a little more oily combo in the summer months, but that being said I will give it a shot. I believe I may have found my summer holy grail foundation.

I love this gel. I have the original version as well, but I find this one works slightly better for me. I use this on days when my arthritis and injured shoulder really bother me. It is a good temporary fix to the problem while I wait for oral painkillers to kick in. I do not know what I would do without this product... well I do. I would be in pain a lot more than usual. -
