When I first started taking Promensil for my period menopause symptoms, I had horrible hot flashes, terrible sleep and my hair and nails were brittle and prone to breakage. Since taking this supplement for a month I have already started noticing changes in my sleep and my hair! Hot flashes have also started lightening up so I'm super happy with the results!
