After cleansing and toning my skin, I apply 3 pea sized amounts on each cheek and forehead. The moisturizer is VERY lightweight but rich enough to make my skin feel replenished from the lipids and Swiss bio-actives proven to have better hydration than Hyaluronic Acid and Glycerin!!
It's faded some sun spots in just 2 weeks!
My skin looks plumped, it's brighter and I know it's from the HydroxyTyrosol.

I'm a light smoker, and I drink tea, coffee, and wine but I do need my teeth cleaned.
However, since using this twice per day, it has made my stains less noticeable.
= My breath is
much cleaner, and I do purchase this mouthwash over any others.
It fights bad breath for up to 24 hours when used after brushing.

As l've been getting older, I noticed my big toe nails have thickened, and of course, wearing nail polish all the time, it makes it harder for my nails to breathe., therefore, it causes a yellowing tint.
It's not a pretty sight or feeling. I've always looked after my hands and feet with biweekly manicures and pedicures.
The only thing I don't like about these is the EDTA ingredient.
They did rid the yellowing on my nails, and made them look much healthier.
I'll continue using them and update my opinion.

I've been using it and it's been protecting my skin beautifully. It's easy to apply spray dries clear and it's very skin conditioning.
I appreciate the 80 minutes of water resistance, plus it had no fragrance. The mist stream covers a lot of area so you don't waste it.
My first time trying Blue Lizard and I couldn't be happier!
It's so effective and super gentle, no harsh chemicals.
It's definitely a beach bag essential!!
