I tried this as part of the Chick Advisor product review club. Because I lost a bunch of hair since having children (sigh), I've been on the look out for products to not only thicken my hair but to stimulate growth.
This is a good addition to the shampoo )VICHY DERCOS DENSI-SOLUTIONS THICKENING SHAMPOO). Easy to apply to the scalp after shampooing.
I've only used it a few times so can't say if it will help stimulate growth but has a nice refreshing scalp feeling. I am truly looking forward to seeing the results of using this a few months down the road.

Since having babies my hair has been thinning out (ladies, if you have kids, you totally know what I'm talking about!). It's been a challenge trying to make my hear feel thicker short of using a ton of volume boosting products and a good hair drier.
This shampoo was received free through Chick Advisor's product review club. And oh my was it a great eye opener. I've used used it 3 times since the week I received it, and even within the first wash I noticed that my hair (when dried) was thicker. I usually put my hair up in a pony tail so can always tell when wrapping my hand around my hair. After the first wash it was noticeably thicker to hold.
The smell itself is not strong or fruity but more of a "spa" smell (if you get what I mean).
Definitely way better than your grocery store product. I liken it to a salon quality product if not better.

But what a treat that they liked this. As a mom, this is a great portable package, that doesn't spill and is easy to carry around. Makes for an easy snack. -

I love green tea... I think I'm secretly a green tea collector, trying all the grocery store brands. I've branched out to some of the specialty tea shops lately but find it expensive for loose teas, so many times I go back to the tea bags as it's more economical and easier to use. My favorite brand has been Stash for a while now. But recently I've come across their Jasmine Blossom Green Tea. If you love green tea, this is a must try. The jasmine adds a nice fragrance and flowery aftertaste. The tea is so flavourful, it's good a second steep. Very affordable for about $3-4 for a box of 20 bags from your local grocery store. -

This Cake Heavy Cream really works well. I find a little bit goes along way, so no need to slather too much on. It has great staying power and a light scent. Good buy. -

Ah.. such a nice cleaner! Doesn't leave a residue, and great for removing eye makeup, without a greasy feeling. Smells so clean and nice after. Great price point.

I received this item as part of the Product Review Club. I only had a few days to try it before the deadline... I wished I had more time to try it out for a few more days. However within the 4 days that I used in the AM, I was pretty impressed with it. Having a 2 in 1, saves a bit of time from my usual morning routine. As a mosturizer, it wasn't greasy and smelled very nice. As a primer, it helped keep my concealer from creasing (usually towards the end of my day). Though I prefer the higher end primer that I'm using, this Nivea 2 in 1 is a great alternative for the price point. -

I'm really loving my eos lip balm. I picked up a multipack from Costco. Great value. I have one in each of my purse, in my car, and at my desk at work. I use it daily and it's helped get me through the dry cold winter. It' s not too thick which is nice, cause it doesn't feel like I'm wearing something to heavy but does keep my lips moisturized. -

I received this as part of the Product Review Club along with the night cream and serum. I gave very favourable reviews for the other two products but on the fence with this one. When worn alone it feels thick. More like a night cream than a day cream (even though the night cream is richer) . It could be that I'm prefer lighter day creams especially in the summer heat. I did write that with the serum and night cream that my skin feels smother, less blotchy and tigher pores, but not sure if it's a combination of all 3 or if it's possible to use a different brand day cream? I would also prefer a day cream to have SPF so that I don't have to layer on the products. I think this product would be more suited during the drier winter months, to provide a richer protection from the weather. For the summer, I'd be just happy with the serum. -
