My proudest accomplishment......is my cat's accomplishment: he can fetch!! And, when visitors are over, he heads for the hardest chair (a wooden kitchen chair) and leaves the cushy ones for the guests. He's super considerate!!
Biggest pet peeve?In movie theatres: why do people root through their bag of popcorn? What are they looking for?? It's popcorn, all the way through!!!
Latest vacation:A little town in Alabama to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the publication of To Kill A Mockingbird. The author, Miss Harper Lee, still resides there. (She and Truman Capote were next-door-neighbours as children).

Favourite smell:Chocolate chips cookies baking on a rainy day.
Ugliest piece of clothing that you still wear:A scrappy old grey sweater goes with me everywhere!

Favourite drink:Coffee morning, noon noon night. And for fun cocktails, I like anything blue.
Person I would most like to meet:author Truman Capote. artist Marcel Duchamp. author Somerset Maugham. All together at the same table! I think they'd make each other laugh, and swap some great travel stories.
My dream job:Used to think I'd like to be a travel agent. Now, I get satisfaction out of planning trips for friends and myself -- love figuring out the logistics!
