A good natural product that did help alleviate my menopause symptoms. It helped with my night sweats that were keeping me up at night but did not eliminate it all together. All other symptoms seemed to stay the same and no improvement was seen. I think I need to stay on it a little longer to see better results. -

Nude by Nature Perfecting Primer
I have oily skin and it gave my skin a nice matte finish. The scent was nice and not too strong. I would definitely buy this product. I never knew about this brand and have bought their nude lipstick and it’s one of my favourites now.

Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Unsweetened Raspberry
I added these to my lunch because there is no added sugar, I also like to throw some in baking recipes in place of sugar. So good. The fibre is added bonus.

This body wash had a nice rich lather but I found the smell a bit too strong. It did make my skin nice a soft so I was happy with that so I would probably buy it again.

I like the smell of the product but it made my hair look dull. I have oily hair at the hairline so I would spray it there and it had a weird sheen to it. I really wished it worked better.
