It kept my skin protected during sunny hikes and even at the beach, with no burns or irritation. I love that it’s reef-safe and made with sensitive skin in mind. I’ve been using Swiss Natural ChoLessterol for about a couple weeks now, and I’m happy with the results so far. My LDL cholesterol levels have gone down, and I appreciate that it’s a plant-based, natural option without artificial additives. I like that it’s easy to take with meals, and there haven’t been any major side effects—just a little mild stomach discomfort at first, but it went away quickly.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it takes consistency and time to see results. You really need to stick with it daily, and it’s a bit pricier than some other supplements. Still, it’s worth it if you’re looking for a non-prescription way to support your heart health.
