As part of my meticulous daily skincare routine, I rely on effective moisturizers, and this Burt's Bees lip balm definitely gets the job done. It works incredibly well at hydrating dry lips. However, it kind of makes your lips burn because of the strong peppermint in the formula. While it absolutely works to keep lips from getting chapped, that intense cooling and tingling sensation from the peppermint oil can be a bit overwhelming. Overall, it is a very effective product, but you have to be prepared for that burning feeling! -

This leave-in treatment works wonders if you are dealing with frizz or if you have thick hair. However, because I have fine hair, I find the oil to be quite heavy. I take my haircare routine seriously and often use leave-in treatments to keep my strands hydrated before putting my hair into loose protective night braids, but with this Kérastase oil, I really have to use a very, very, very small amount so it doesn't weigh my hair down. It’s definitely a high-quality, effective product, but if you have fine hair like me, you just need to use it incredibly sparingly! -

Active Nights: On azelaic acid nights, I layer this on first to keep my skin hydrated and prepped.
Rest Nights: On my skin recovery nights, I apply it right before putting on a sheet mask for maximum hydration boost.
It works amazingly well every time and keeps my skin plump and smooth. Highly recommend!
