The taste is sour but my kid is still able to take it daily. This is not something that stops illness completely but we trust it as an effective preventative treatment.

Using twice a day and just 30 seconds of rinsing to provide resfreshing feeling. I love that there is no strong burning taste at all. The teeth definitely looks cleaner and obviously better breath.
