We started the first meal with this porridge. Complementary feeding started at 6 months, as there were problems with the stool. The pediatrician recommended the introduction of porridge after mashed potatoes and give preference to buckwheat and oatmeal, rice is not yet introduced. My baby liked the oatmeal porridge.
