Although this is a gel for rosacea, I found that it has a mattifying effect which is what I use it for. If I use a serum/moisturizer that leaves my skin tacky, I'll wait about 10 minutes and then apply the Prosacea on top. My current combo is The Ordinary's Niaciminide (which I can feel afterwards on my skin) and Prosacea and I love it. The Prosacea changes things so I feel as if I'm not wearing any product on my face (which is a must for this very oily skin girl). This is fairly easy to find at the drug store. I got mine at Shoppers Drug mart for about $15. It is a very small tube but you only need a tiny amount so it will last awhile. Once I'm out I will definitely repurchase. -

I've always heard good things about this but have never seen it in Canada. I got lucky and recently found it at a store in West Edmonton Mall (in Edmonton, Alberta) called Matte & Glow. I picked up the matte version. It definitely helps with keeping you matte. Even when you are already oily, use this and it will mattify your skin. This is now a must for me and I will not wear makeup without it. I took some stars off because it is quite pricey. I paid just over $50 for the larger 8 oz size but I'm the type of person where as long as it works, price doesn't really concern me (well within reason). -

I just started to use the Buffet so I can't report on it's long term affects, but the short term are pretty great so far. It's something that you will see/feel on your face. Because it makes my face look like I have an oil on it, I'll use it only at night. In the morning my skin looks more bright and hyperpigmentation from acne marks seem to be fading a bit. The part I'm more impressed with is that I'm convinced that my large pores/pitted acne scars are less visible (due to hydrating/plumping the skin). I have very oily/acne prone skin and this has not caused any breakouts..... and I break out easily. -

I am a daily lip balm user and apply all day long.... so I've tried pretty much everything possible. Recently I started a prescription to combat my extremely oily skin (is genetic) which has lead to my lips being more dry than usual. I saw good reviews on the Nuxe rêve de miel lip balm and thought I would give it a try. I have to say that I love this balm. It feels silky smooth & nourishing. Although I use it anytime of the day, when I wake up in the morning (after applying before bed) I feel as if it is slightly still on my lips (which has never before happened). It's a little pricy at $17.00 Canadian but if you are like me, price doesn't matter when results are great. You don't need much so I think the pot will last a long time. -
