I used to use this as a teenager gave me lots of outbreaks, so would not recommend for acne skin types, is probably ok just for cleaning hands with, not good for oily skin types.

I have been using this since i was 11 years old now 39, my mum would always encourage me to oil my hair and this oil really helps my dry damaged hair much better than just using a conditioner, a lifelong item to have.

I have used this many times and can definitely say its very good for thorough cleansing, great to use daily morning and evening,one of my favourite cleansers. It gives a sqeaky clean skin after ever use, a must have item.
