Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules are handy to have on hand (especially during the holidays!). I used this quite a few times more recently, and I noticed it made a positive difference in helping me not bogged down by bloating and a full stomach feeling -both of which also play into my energy levels. I even shared with my hubby who also was a big fan.
I would recommend keeping these handy; I plan to take the with me on vacation.

Myoflex® Extra Strength Deep Penetrating Pain Relief Rub is amazing! Over the years I’ve tried my fair share of brands muscle pain creams, but this one for sure takes the lead.
I loved that the cream is non-greasy and fast-absorbing into the skin -it’s almost as though my skin felt moisturized after. Another bonus was the fact that it is older free, which means that I can wear it to the office and not have to worry about my colleagues complaining about the smell.
If you want fast acting relief, without the burn this should be your go to!

Salinex® Nasal Drops for Infants & Children are great and honestly could not have come at a better time! My 2 year old suffers or dry nose in the winter months, and these nasal drops have been a lifesaver! Gentle and easy to administer, there were easily incorporated into our day-to-day routine. They’re great for preventive measures and avoiding sicknesses too.
A big bonus for sure that they are safe to use with children as young as a few weeks.

I appreciated the leaner option and the fact that they are gluten and lactose free, therefore a more inclusive option.

I was very happy with the PediaVit™ Vitamin D3 drops! My 18 month old still gets D drops because of the long, cold winter we have had, so these came at the right time! Easy to administer and incorporate in a daily routine. The separate dropper makes administration easier as you can easily see how much has been picked up and dispersed -unlike other brands that have the dropper incorporated and where you risk have too many drops come out.

I found a new go-to for the summer. This product ia great for helping unclog pores from body areas that get hot and sweaty. I use this predominantly on my chest where I get occasional breakouts. I see myself using this on a daily basis after my showers, especially on hot summer days. I particularly liked that my skin did not feel clogged nor dry after using it.

Very impressed with Birch Baby's Nourishing Baby Lotion! My baby has very sensitive skin and suffers from dry skin, particularly in the winter; this lotion truly did wanders for her skin! I particularly was happy about it being hypoallergenic and vegan and cruelty free since I prefer to use clean ingredients for the products that go on my baby’s skin. The lotion left her skin smooth and nourished.
She even loved it herself!

Waking up with fresh breath, after using this product in the evening, was such a nice feeling! Thanks to TheraBreath Fresh Breath Icy Mint, you too can have fresh breath for longer. I particularly liked that it had a mild taste and was not overwhelming or overpowering like other mouthwashes -I did not feel like I lost a layer of tastebuds, and I appreciate that.
I will have to try the other flavours!
