This frypan is exceptionally lightweight! What you will love: cool-touch handle, PFOA-free nonstick surface, and the pan is safe for all cook surfaces and ovens (>400°F). I tested this fry pan and love the even heat distribution, and ease of use. I am thrilled to recieve this item, as a long-term Paderno fan I would certainly recommend or purchase again!

The built-in HEPA filter is my top feature, I like to use a vacuum that performs well and removes more than 'surface dirt' (99.97%). I really liked this brand because of performance and would purchase again.
