My first recipe with this frypan is honey and maple glazed salmon! We love it! The frypan heats up quickly, distributes the heat evenly and it doesn't splash much which is amazing and clean. It gave it a good sear to the salmon (see the picture). It works very well with my induction stove. It will be part of our every day cooking for sure.

I have been using this serum for the past 7 days. My skin feels good and bright. I will continue using at least another week, to see the final effect. So far, I love the smell and easiness to apply. However, I find it a bit thick for a serum. I always put sunscreen after vitamin C serums. Although I wait a bit after I apply the serum before putting the sunscreen, it always ends up making clumps. So not sure if this is the case for everybody or just related to my skin type.
