They taste really good even though they are sugar free, I wouldn’t have even know that because they taste great. Easy to chew, soft texture. I love how the gummy has natural flavours, colours and ingredients! I added them to my daily routine, I’ll take them right after or during my breakfast. I feel like I been sleeping much better and I have more energy since taking them and don’t feel sluggish like I do some days.
