So yummy all on its own. Toasted firm but soft and the butter was easy to spread. I highly recommend this for breakfast or as a tasty snack. Lots of raisins too. -

I stayed full without the need for snacking through the morning. -

I'm on the run in the morning getting my son out the door. I grabbed this on my way and drank it in the car. I wasn't hungry until lunch time. So convenient and packed with nutrients. Just a drop of this product on your hand and it goes on smooth too, not very much lather. Smells great, leaves your hair feeling terrific.
