I received Nair Hair Remover Wax Ready Strips free from @thisisbutterly in return for my honest review.

The package contains 40 dermatological tested wax strips suitable for the face and bikini area plus 3 post-waxing wipes. The wax contains rice bran oil and cherry blossom extract which helps to minimize hair growth, leaving my skin soft and smooth. I tested the strips on both my eyebrows and bikini area and had great results. It was fairly painless and removed most hair on the first try. There was no prep involved - no warming of the wax or rubbing required. I simply peeled the strip and placed it on the required area and then removed it. After almost 3 weeks, I have experienced no ingrown hairs or any irritation. The post waxing wipes ensured to remove any residual wax and gave a slight cooling affect. I recommend the Nair Hair Remover Ready Strips for Face and Bikini area as they are extremely handy and effective, while delivering long-lasting results.

As a coffee enthusiast, I was eager to try McCafé latest flavor, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. McCafé has once again elevated the coffee experience with their new French Vanilla Coffee, which is a fusion of their signature Premium Roast Coffee with a hint of vanilla sweetness. I found the Premium Roast Coffee was roasted to perfection at a medium level, which allowed it to retain its rich and smooth characteristics that have become synonymous with McCafé. The infusion of vanilla (made without artificial flavor) adds a layer of sweetness that enhances the overall flavor profile without overpowering the coffee's innate richness. All of this strikes a perfect balance, creating a cup of coffee that is both comforting and indulgent.

I received a 2-pack of VIDA non-slip cutting boards by PADERNO free from @butterly in return for my honest opinion. The 2-pack I received offered two different sizes: 14 3/4 X 10 1/2 and 10 X 7 1/4 which provided me with a choice between sizes, catering to my specific culinary needs. Additionally, the cutting boards are reversible, so I was able to cut many different types of foods without having to worry about cross-contamination or washing the board in-between, which made meal preparation a breeze. Both boards have non-slip grips, and this feature proved especially helpful when cutting harder objects, as the board did not move around on the countertop, ensuring safety and precision.

Another great feature is that both boards have large wells around the sides to collect any juices, keeping your countertop clean and tidy, which saved me time during food prep and cleanup. One of my favorite things about these cutting boards is that they are dishwasher safe. This makes clean up quick and ensures that the cutting boards remain sanitized, which is a huge convenience in a busy kitchen.

I tried installing them on my fence and a tree, as the string was not long enough to put on my house. The lights came on a white string and twinkled brightly and will be a delightful addition to my holiday decorations.

Upon unpacking the lights, I immediately noticed their sturdy build and quality. The lights were strung on a white wire, which provided a beautiful backdrop for the warm white LEDs. Once I plugged them in, the twinkling effect was mesmerizing. The lights created a captivating play of warm white hues that added a touch of magic to my outdoor décor.

Despite not being long enough for my entire house, the 70 lights provided good coverage for my chosen areas. Their arrangement in icicle-style strings allowed for a graceful and cascading effect, which made my tree look like they were adorned with sparkling winter icicles.

Another feature that I appreciated was the "Ever Tough" label. The lights came on a white string and twinkled brightly and will be a delightful addition to my holiday decorations.

I was selected by Butterly to receive Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum. This product came beautifully packaged in a silver iridescent box. The bottle itself was also beautiful. with silver and purple accents. The instructions said to press the lever several times until you could see all three products dispensing. I tried repeatedly to get the serum to come out of all three compartments, however, I only succeeded in getting it to come out of two spots. Additionally, when it did come out of those two spots it dripped down the side of the bottle, making using it difficult to use.
Despite these problems, the product itself went on smoothly and my skin felt immediately smoothly and dewy looking. living up to its promise of visibly healthier skin after one application. I have not tried it for the full two weeks (and since only 2 of the 3 products are being dispensed) I cannot attest to the promise of resurfaced and replumed skin in two weeks and visibly reduced fine lines in one month.
I think this would be a good product if the bottle functioned as it was supposed to, however, since mine did not I cannot recommend it.    -

I received the opportunity to review Colgate Total Whitening Toothpaste Gel Repair Reverse Refresh though the Butterly review program. The toothpaste has a mild flavor which I liked as many other toothpaste's have a strong overwhelming flavor that overpowers my taste buds. It also does not foam up like other toothpastes, which in my opinion is a good thing so you don't have a mouthful of minty foam. I particularly liked the tube that the Colgate Total Whitening Toothpaste Gel Repair Reverse Refresh toothpaste comes in as it stands and is easy to squeeze onto the toothbrush.
The toothpaste claims it provides 12 hours of antibacterial protection, whitening and repairs and reverses early signs of gum disease. I cannot confirm these claims, however I can say that using the toothpaste leaves my teeth, gums and tongue feeling clean for the majority of the day. I did not feel a film building on my teeth after eating. I will definitely buy Colgate Total Whitening Toothpaste Gel Repair Reverse Refresh toothpaste again as it is a good match for me!    -

I receive a 7 day sample of Clarins @clarinscanada Double Serum from @thisisbutterly in return for my honest review of the product. The product arrived in 7 individual cards which you snap in half to mix the two products, which make up Clarins hydric and lipdic system. Other notable ingredients in the product are Curcuma and Turmeric. Turmeric is often used to decrease inflammation, so I was intrigued with the product immediately.
One of my favorite skin products are serums, so I was excited to try this product. It arrived at the perfect time as the weather has turned cold and my skin is beginning to dry out. I used Clarins Double Serum at night and was happy that it wasn't too greasy, as often I use products at night and they get all over my pillowcase. This product did not. It seemed to absorb almost immediately.
After using Clarins Double Serum for 7 consecutive days I did notice my skin seemed smoother and more hydrated. I will definitely be buying the full bottle to see if I continue to receive added benefits from using it for a longer period of time. I recommend anyone who needs a little extra hydration to in incorporate Clarins Double Serum into their routine.    -

Today I tried Clean & Clear Essentials Foaming Facial Cleanser. It is advertised to 'remove pore clogging dirt, oil and makeup without over drying'. My first impression is that it smells amazing! The fragrance is subtle and not overpowering. The scent is fresh but doesn't leave your skin overly perfumed. I am sensitive to strong smelling aromas, however, this scent is more fruity than perfume.
I initially tried using the product according to the manufacturers instructions: mix in hands with water and work into a lather before applying to face. I found this technique did not create a foaming effect so instead I used an electric face cleansing brush. This really allowed the product to foam.
The foaming facial cleanser left my skin feeling clean and not dried out which alleviated my concerns that this product would be too harsh for my skin. My skin is usually combination with an oily t-zone, however during the summer months it becomes drier. Since I tested the product during the summer I was worried my skin would feel tight and dry after using the Clean & Clear Essentials Foaming Facial Cleanser but surprisingly immediately after it felt soft and moisturized. This product is part of a 3-step regime which also includes a spot treatment and a moisturizer, it would be interesting to try the full program.
Pros - light scent, non-drying, clean and fresh feeling, soft skin
Cons - doesn't foam up as much as I thought it would
If you have tried Clean and Clear products in the past I would recommend trying them again as I feel this formulation is less drying than their previous cleansers. I would have rated it 5 stars if the product foamed more without the need to use an electric face cleansing brush.
I have created an unboxing video featuring Clean & Clear Essentials Foaming Facial Cleanser with a face washing tutorial which I posted on my Instagram account @tartar_reviews. The video highlights the product and shows me using the facial cleanser by mixing it in my hands first and then applying to my face.

Covergirl simply ageless mascara promises to be a 3 in 1 product; serum, primer and mascara. I have never used 3 separate products for my eyelashes so this really didn't save me time. The brush shown on the packaging is much thinner than the actual brush and I did have trouble applying the mascara. However, once the mascara was on it made my lashes look longer. The product lasted all day and didn't feel clumpy. It will be interesting to see if my lashes get longer or stronger from using this mascara. Overall, a good product and would be an excellent mascara with a smaller more sleek brush.    -
