I’ve been using the Sambucol Zero Sugar Triple Immunity Gummiesu for a while now, and I like it. Being immunocompromised, I try to give my body all the help it can get, and these gummies make it easy.
They have elderberry, vitamin C, and zinc, all things I trust for extra immune support. I like that there’s no sugar, so I don’t feel guilty taking them every day. The flavor is fruity but not too sweet, and there’s no weird aftertaste. They’re soft and easy to chew, which I appreciate. I keep a bottle at home and sometimes toss a few in my bag so I don’t forget. Since taking them, I’ve felt like I’m doing something simple but important for my health. They’re also vegan and gluten free, which is perfect. Honestly, it’s just nice having something that feels good for me and actually tastes good too.

I wanted to give the Promensil Double Strength a try before turning to anything hormonal. I’ve been taking it and noticed a difference. My hot flashes aren’t as intense, and I’m sleeping a little better too, which makes a big difference in how I feel during the day.
What I like most is that it’s plant based and doesn’t make me feel off or bloated like some other supplements! It hasn’t upset my stomach at all. I’m not saying it fixed everything overnight, but it’s been a really helpful addition to my routine. I feel more balanced, and that in itself is a win.
