As a 48-year-old experiencing mild perimenopause symptoms—like mood swings, fatigue, headaches, sleeplessness, and occasional nervousness—I wanted a naturally sourced option to help manage things more gently.
I have been taking Weliva™ Cimidona® Menopause Relief for 6 weeks. So far, I haven’t noticed any significant improvements, but I also understand that products like this can take time to show results. I do appreciate that it’s plant-based and feels like a more natural approach to symptom relief.
I’m willing to continue using it for a bit longer to see if the benefits become more noticeable over time.

I continued to take gummies for several days and more severe symptoms were kept at the curbside. The berry flavoured gummies are good tasting. My two children also have been taking them to boost their immune system during this cold/flu season.

Found this product on clearance at Marshalls. I don't normally use essence or toner, but decided to give this a try after reading some raving reviews. My routine of using a light serum has been replaced by this essence. It has a light pleasant fragrance. I find pouring a little on my palms and gently patting the essence on my face and neck works better than using a cotton pad. I follow with a hydraulic moisturizer. After one week of use, I notice my skin is brighter and softer. Great product overall as Shiseido is a trusted brand. Not sure if I would buy it at regular retail price though. -
