Did like how this item worked to remove the fine hair from my arms and shoulders, it even removed the hair from my face and made dermaplainning much faster and easier. But it struggled to remove the hair in my bikini area. I kinda gave up a switched back to my trusty razer. While I do recommend for the finer hair areas, I can not recommend for the thicker hair areas. -

Removed all the hair but on a possible user error was did leave residue. The Ultra Smoothing oil provided in the package was an extra nice touch. It help sooth my skin while providing some extra added moisture to the skin. I do recommend this product to anyone looking to remove hair themselves. -
