| Will do! I'll share with you what I've done so far, and then I'll let you know after today. Yesterday I did, in this order (before I found this site): Sitz bath, worked out for 45 minutes, sitz bath. That made softer (that sounds so gross), and a tiny bit less inflamed, but still painful and large. As soon as I get home tonight I'll do the same, but I'm adding Epsom salts to the baths, and the witch hazel pad thing. I'm super excited to try this...what a dork! |
