I was looking for a product that would work on my hands. I am a knitter and struggle with soar muscles in my hand and wrist. So I thought I would try the spicy massage bar for achy bodies: the first time used it noticed the peppermint and cinnamon oils warming and tingly which quickly started to sooth my tired hands. This product is really meant for the body; however, I was looking for something I could keep with might knitting that has a two fold answer to to fix dry and achy hands. Working with wool can dry out my hands and using small knitting needles can cause pain so this seems to be the answer to alleviate both problems. It is a quick answer I just rub the bar on my hands massage it and continue on with my knitting. The ingredients are all natural so it does not cause problems with my wool. It just enhances causing the wool to become softer. Love the the cinnamon smell also very soothing. -

Love the smell the feel. Smells like A sweet autumn treat of baked pumpkin, vanilla frosting & golden honey. Made me think of my favourite pumpkin spice latte. Yum -

I just purchase Superhero™ Mascara - Volumizing & Lengthening Mascara to see if the reviews I read was correct. The first time I tried it out was for a night out. I have to say I loved the product. I have thin straight lashes so when this product professed to give my lashes noth curl and thickness I jumped to purchase. It is also a tubular mascara another plus. One coat and my lashes were fuller, longer and thicker. Although the mascara says one coat would do; I applied an extra coat for added glamour. That mascara lasted all night. No smudges, no running, no clumps and no flaking. It was also very easy to remove with warm water. It was like wearing waterproof mascara without the frustration when removing. I have issues with watery eyes and no mascara running down my face. You do have to be careful when applying since the wand holds quite a bit of product. I made sure to remove excess product and apply thin coats versus thick single coat. It can be messy if your not careful. I like the brush. Nice thick bristles that separates the lashes nicely. -

This was my first eyeshadow palette ever and I feel like it was a good start. Now that I have tried other shadows from other brands, my opinion of it still hasn't worsened too much. It's still a very functional, usable palette, still the only completely matte palette that I own, I'd be quite in a pickle without it. In terms of the looks it gives good pigmentation, I can totally say that it can rival higher priced eyeshadow, and it wouldn't be too much of an exaggeration. The most note worthy thing about the shadows in this palette is they are completely matte. No shimmer, no sheen, no satin, just matte. Compare to NYX matte eyeshadows for example, they always have a slight satin look to them, whereas elf mattes look totally flat, when the light hits them, there's nothing to reflect back. However that's also its problem. While they look good, the experience of applying them isn't the most satisfying. The shadows feel dry, not all of them are chalky dry, but they feel noticeably drier than matte shadows from other brands. Whenever I touch them with a finger or a brush then tap it off, even just lightly, they kick up a powder storm. Some eyeshadows do kick up powder but they hold together and also hold on to the brush well, and I'm not always at risk of inhaling my eyeshadows rather than applying them to my eyes. Luckily, I have never had issue with fallout. I guess we can't have shadows that look matte - aka dry - without the shadows themselves being dry.
The most underwhelming shades for me are the two lightest shades - the pink and the cream - and the two cool toned shades - the grey and the "black"; on either sides of the palette. They are good enough to blend out the edges of the look with though. The "black" shade is not a very pigmented black, it's more like a very greyish one, it's super dry and chalky, very difficult to pick up and doesn't give much impact when applied. It frustrates me so much that it was the main reason why I decided to branch out and buy more palettes just to find a good matte black. The rest of them are nice, workable without me trying too hard, they're great for everyday looks, very neutral, very natural. Frankly it's kinda hard to get a very dramatic look out of them without pulling in shadows from other palettes. Lasting power without a primer is 1 hour, 2 hours and they creased & blended altogether into a brown smudge. I don't blame them, my lids are oily, hooded monolids, nothing lasts without a primer and a good mattifying powder on top which helps lasting power for 6-8 hours easily with minor fading.

I am not to hard on my nails so I get a good 10 days before I need a new manicure. I find my tips stay chip free as long as I seal the edge of my nails. Most of the time I need a new manicure is due to nail growth. I love that it protects my nails from breaking as well. -

I can attest that all these claims are true. I use this product every time I wash my hair. I have long highlighted hair and need to protect it from more damage this product is great for protecting my hair from breakage. My Hairdresser notice a difference since using this product.
