Softlips® Organic Lip Balm - Cucumber
I really liked this! I love the fact that it's organic, and it also works super well--my lips were very soft after just one use. Some people may not like cucumber melon, but I thought the flavoring/smell were both great and very refreshing... +

The balm is definitely well named, because it most certainly works in achieving soft lips. It started working immediately, I could see a difference within the same day. The only drawback, however, is its unusual flavoring. Not the best taste/smell... +

Santa Monica Promenade
Just three blocks away from the beach, the Promenade is a great place to shop. It's got a wide variety of stores spanning a couple city blocks, with lots of dining and restaurants in between. I love to spend the day here.

The Grove
I love the Grove! It's got a ton of parking, some pretty good shops, and a lovely outdoor setting. It's the perfect place to catch dinner and a movie--although prices are not the best, they're not the worst either. Very beautiful at... +

Americana Glendale
Very pricey mall--a lot of expensive stores (Juicy Couture, Ruehl, Tiffany's, etc.) but it's in a gorgeous outdoor setting, with several very good restaurants. It's a beautiful place to shop, would recommend to anyone.

Nair Pretty Glitter Wax Strips
Nair for legs has never worked for me, but the facial version is pretty effective. Just be careful to follow the instructions exactly--and don't leave it on for longer than the recommended amount of time!

The food was GREAT, I love Italian. But beware, they are very, very large portions--family size, meant to be split between 3-4 people at a time. So tasty though. Charming atmosphere, if a little loud.
