Honestly I am not sure how to even write an honest review on this product. I was given 2 packs with 2 gummies in each. Directions says to take 1-2 a day. So I took 1 a day over 4 days. I did not feel a difference at all as I am sure you would need to take this product longer to feel if it is even effective. Also not even a coupon to get some money off to purchase it to try it for at least 7-14 days straight. FYI - These also had a sugar coating on outside. They tasted good just please lose that sugar coating on the outside.

this was the only thing that I actually loved that I received. Not heavy on my hair and made it shine so much and wow does it ever smell so good unlike other chemical smelling hairsprays!! Would definitely recommend.
