This is an elderberry gummy that helps to improve my immunity system. The taste and texture is defintely very good, and I enjoy taking it. I would probably have to take it continually to see my improvment, but at least there's no detrimental impact, so I would recommend. As for the cold and flu symptom relief claim - will update the review when the time comes.

Having a sick kid is already a headache for me, and getting him to eat the medicine is even worse. But the Children's Tylenol chewables has changed the game. It looks and tastes like candy to my kid and he had no problem taking it. It is also less messy than liquid as there's no more worry about spilling.
I would love to see it comes in a smaller size, since he has to take two pieces at one time.
