I'd never heard of the brand before and being a heavy electrolyte user, I was excited to try it! The packaging is so eye catching and FUN! It and the beverage did not disappoint! I especially love that it contains organic coconut water, which on its own is excellent for re-hydrating. No artificial sweeteners, which is HUGE, no artificial dyes, another HUGE bonus! Overall it's a pretty clean product. The taste is great too, not overpowering, just lightly sweet and refreshing. I really liked it and will be adding it to my go-to list of hydration drinks for sure!

In theory this isn't a bad product. It have good ingredients and contains things that could potentially help symptoms of peri-menopause. That being said, I am currently in the throes of Peri and after taking this for a month, have notice no difference in my symptoms. Now, everyone is different, and bodies respond differently, so maybe this is just not the support my particular system needs. I wouldn't say don't try it, just that it wasn't for me.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now and I'm not 100% sure they're working. I feel likey hot flashes haven't been quite so bad, but the severity of them kind of fluctuated to begin with. There is decent research supporting red clover helping with menopausal symptoms. Every body is different however and not everyone will respond the same way. I believe this to be a quality supplement. I liked the foil bubble cell packaging, the pills were easy to swallow and I did not experience any adverse side effects when taking it. I think it's worth a shot trying out of you're having menopause symptoms, they may help you more than they helped me.
