i already take a daily vitamin before bed each night, so switching to this one was no issue. fair warning though, do not be alarmed if you wake up and one day your pee is suddenly highlighter yellow. i looked it up, if you take more b vitamin than you need you just pee the rest out and it turns your pee more yellow. so it's totally safe!
the vitamin isn't more or less than the costco brand I usually use, it gets the job done!

I can’t wear a lot of sunscreen brands because the cream doesn’t sit right on my skin and I have very high sensory knees, which is why I usually stick to spray sunscreen even though I don’t like aerosol. However, this product it goes on very smoothly. It has no discernible smell the broad-spectrum 50 SPF protection is excellent and I love how easily it goes on and clear once you rub it in. It’s a fantastic product.
