I attended this studio for a bit and it’s totally over rated, at least by my experience! Pole dancing is definitely a great way to get in shape and it’s a lot of fun but here you basically just watch the instructor do her moves and then put it together in a routine. I personally didn’t feel I was learning the proper techniques or breakdown to be able to advance. I felt the classes were tailored more to the instructor than those who are actually paying to be there. I tried some of the other fitness classes offered but I have absolutely no desire to work with ridiculous gym equipment or cycle my way to fitness! I came here hoping to find a new way to get fit. The service also went downhill, the last time I tried to register for a class over the phone the lady was rude and didn’t seem to have time to help me find a class that fit my schedule… so I went somewhere else!    -
