I really wanted to like this product because my friends rave about it. I see good results when they use it. How come it doesn't work on me? I tried it and it burned my lips to the point that I can feel it getting so dry. It's like I smeared acid on my lips and it's melting it off. So after fanning my lips dry, the burning sensation is going away but I felt that my lips shrivelled like a prune. It's not the best feelin I had while wearing a lipstick.
Maybe one of these days I'll give it a try again and hopefully first impression won't last.

Since I started on a high fat low carb way of eating, mayo has been a staple in my fridge. I have always loved the Mc Chicken and I'm happy that Mc Donalds is selling their sauces/ dressings in stores. This tastes just like the one you get at the restaurant (of course!) It's nice to be able to get it at almost any grocery stores. I got mine from Sobeys. It's got zero carbs so it's all good to me. Can be used for salad, sandwich or as dipping sauce. I love it! -

I bought a couple sets of this container when it first came out 5 years ago. I was on a diet kick that time and it helped a lot in me losing weight. I was doing portion control and I was in love with compartments in the bigger container. It makes portion control easy as it has a label at the bottom saying how much a container can fill. I love that it is square/ rectangular in shape as it fits in almost any lunch box. It is also stackable which is great. I also love the feature that it has the Blue Ice they call it that helps keep your food cool. I love how organize I can get when I use this container.
Rubbermaid is really great and is a brand you can trust whenever it comes to kitchen/ food containers. Their products are durable and at the same time stylish and fun! It is very easy to clean too.

I have the biggest sweet tooth! I have recently changed my way of eating and try to not eat as many sugary food as I used too. Finding some sweet treat was so hard. I found this product from an online health food store and thought I'd give it a try. I was not disappointed. A box is around $6 and has 5 small, snack size chocolate bars. Well, it might be steep for some but anything that is really good for you is more expensive than the regular stuff.
This chocolate has no sugar added and is low in calories. It is also gluten free and uses low glycemic sweeteners.
It tastes pretty good and if it's your first time eating this kind of chocolate treat, you might need some time to get used to the flavor of erythritol.
Erythritol, which is a sugar alcohol doesn't really have an offensive taste but other people tend to be sensitive about it.
this product is a very good treat for those who are watching what they eat and also for those who are counting their macronutrient intake as it only has 2g of net carbs per serving.
This is a staple now in my pantry.

Not that I am a big pop drinker but I have tried to cut back on pop, It's nice to have every now and then so I was happy when I found out about Zevia. I was happy to find individual cans from an online health food store so I bought a few flavors --- Ginger Rootbeer, ginger Ale, Black Cherry, Cream Soda, Lemon Lime.
Well.. Black Cherry and Ginger Rootbeer are the only better ones. The rest tasted like cough syrup to me. There's a lot more other flavors.
this beverage is sweetened with Stevia so you can still have soda without all the guilt. I find that it's a little too sweet so I add tons of ice in my drink.. This beverage also comes out as clear so don't be surprised if it's not coloured at all.
I will continue to buy this and will surely try some other flavours

I have recently adapted ketogenic way of eating and this is one of the best Keto friendly product I have found. I know lots of people doing this way of eating will say that this is not really Keto friendly as it has a proprietary fibre blend that consists of oat, rice, corn fibres and flax meal. I'd say, this is better than depriving yourself of cake.
One package has 2 cakes inside and a cake has 38 calories. 0g net carbs for each cake. It is sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol )sugar alcohol) which is a good sugar alternative. The consistency of this cake is great and the size is just perfect like a regular cupcake. I usually top it with whip topping and sugar free chocolate syrup. I will post the ingredients below. It is high in fibre and gluten free. It is soft and You won't even feel guilty finishing the whole pack.
I think anyone can enjoy this even if you are not following a diet.

I came across this protein bar at my local Nutritional supplement store. I thought I'd give it a try. I am very picky when it comes to protein bars. I am very sensitive to the taste of protein. To me, some protein bars or even shakes are very metallic in taste.
This Protein Bar is amazing. Let's talk about nutritional information first. They have a variety of flavors. Most are between 210-230 calories, has 20-22g of protein and 1g of sugar ( that's why they are called One bars). This bar has 22gof Protein, 23g of Carbohydrates 10g of Fiber.. Net Carbs = 3g/ bar.
Ingredients.. They use Maltitol which is sugar alcohol to sweeten their bars which doesn't agree with lots of people. If you are doing a strict ketogenic diet, you might want to steer away from this product. I am lucky that I don't have sensitivity with maltitol.
This Cookies & Cream bar is one of my favorites. It tastes creamy and you would almost think that your eating a white chocolate bar. It doesn't have that protein after taste that I hate. I can only eat a third of it at a time as I find it really sweet. The added sucralose makes it extra sweeter in my opinion. It's got tiny cookie crumbs inside the bar but I don't even taste it at all. It's still good though. A nice sweet treat that can also fill you up better than having a chocolate bar.

It is bitter and as it gets cold, the taste just gets worst. I measured it according to the instructions. 1 tsp to 1 cup of water.
This is definitely not my cup of tea. I felt like wasting money on something I only had once and will never drink again. :(

I got this product from the LashStash Collection from Sephora and I'd say it wasn't my favorite the first time I used it. I gave it another chance and I'm glad I did not get rid of it. It takes a while to get used to using this mascara especially having a hooded Asian eye and my eyelashes are almost just pointing straight and no curl or definition to it.
When I first tried this, i thought it was too wet. This mascara has 2 sides. One is volumizing and the other end is for curl. I have tried a few ways to use this. I think they recommend using the volumizinh end which is the bigger brush first and then use the curling brush last.
This is the way I do mine. Volumize first to separate my lashes and then apply the curling side, I apply it from the roots of my lashes to the tips then wait for it to dry then I apply volumizing again but this time, just on the tips. The look that this gives is similar to the popular or trending 3D mascara. Long lashes and lots of volume.
For the price, I think I will buy it again considering the price of some 3D mascara brand. It is $28 at Sephora and This is better than the Better than sex Mascara (in my opinion anyway)
It also lasts all day without the fallout and never gave me racoon eyes. :)
I was really impressed with this product.
