It comes unsweetened, no ice. One packet of raw sugar mixed in really well was not enough. You'd have to add liquid sugar or a flavored syrup for some taste.

The brew was strong in taste. Not sure about caffeine because it doesn't affect me at all.

Pretty steep in price, over $4 for a tall size. Obviously only goes up from there.    -
