WOW!
This mascara definitely does what it says: VOLUMIZE!
I have very thin lashes, but the TexasLash definitely made them much more visible, especially after two applications (although two applications makes it look clumpy, so I don't suggest it unless you really need it).
The brush is big and fluffy, which gives off a nice fuzzy feeling during application, but makes it more difficult to reach smaller hairs and roots.
Works amazingly on lower lashes!
My only concern is that it doesn't hold curl very well. Maybe if there's a waterproof one?

However, with this mascara, my lashes stay long and separated, and most importantly, curled!
It's a great product, however, it doesn't give much volume.

I never bothered using foundation because I always assumed that foundation feels heavy on your face and clogs the pores. Plus, I tend to have dry cheeks, so whenever I did use any sort of foundation (I opted for powder because I felt that it feels lighter), the powder would crack into my skin and highlight the dry-ness.
After learning about mineral foundation, I did some research online and read a lot of reviews saying that mineral foundation gives good coverage while hydrating your skin, while keeping it look and feel very natural and light. At first I opted for the cheaper mineral option of Pur Minerals, however, the color selection was very limited, and it was difficult to find a color that matches my skin tone. Also, the powder had a terrible, acid, odor to it that I did not appreciate.
I visited Sephora and found the Bare Minerals line, and decided to do some research at home. After watching the videos on their website, I was amazed at how one foundation can give full coverage and conceal, as well as soft, light coverage as well (depending on the density of the brush).
I fell in love with it after trying it for the first time at Sephora. It stayed on all day, and made my skin look even, vibrant, and natural. However, the most popular tone purchased it Medium Beige, which happens to be mine as well, and it would always be out of stock, so if you are Medium Beige as well, just purchase online.
One con I found was that the shimmer in the powder tends to fall into the creases and sometimes make it seem more obvious. It might just be because my skin is dry, but other that that, it's an amazing product!

I LOVE colors! And I love eyeshadow! So when I found this I was completely ecstatic!
For the cheap cheap price of approximately $31CAN (that's shipping included I believe), you'll never have to purchase another palette again for a while!
However, every good has a bad:
1. The palette was smaller than I thought, therefore each color was about the size of a nickle, so if there are colors you use more often, it might run out faster.
2. I bought the shimmer palette (what girl wouldn't!?), but after multiple uses, I realized how flaky and pigmented the colors are. After application, the flecks tend to fall into my eyes, so for sensitive eyes, you may want to be careful. Although a great way around this is either blending the color into your hand first to remove most of the flakes, or to moisten your brush so the shadow sticks on better.
Overall, I love this product for creating any sort of look. However, I recommend you start with the regular palette first (because I assume it would be less flaky), and then move into the shimmer.

First of all, I love all the colors and designs. All the other Canadian shopping sites have got NOTHING on Wishabi in terms of design. The little Einstein is just adorable :)
I've been using this site to shop online ever since I found it. They are great for finding the best deals, and they show you all the different costs that you may incur, like shipping, duties and brokerage. They even have a section just for merchandise from the States, with prices that have been converted to CAD.
They also have pricing history, which lets you know when the best time to buy your heart's desires.
One thing that disappoints me, though, is that they don't have any clothing on there. However, from an article that I read somewhere, they say that they'll be adding some soon.
Can't wait! :)
