I didn't notice too much difference with preventing excessive sweating though but I also didn't use it during vigorous activity but it did keep me smelling fresh all day. -

It did help on the days prior to my period, to make the pain tolerable. So for myself I probably won't repurchase however for anyone without endometriosis I could see this being effective and much better then other forms of over the counter pain relievers.

I didnt like sleeping in this mask because it transferred to my pillow. It always felt tacky. However in the morning my skin was very soft and supple. It did however make my skin be more oily then usual throughout the rest of the day after washing it off.
