I've been taking Promensil Double Strength for a few weeks, hoping it would help with my menopause symptoms. Unfortunately, l haven't noticed much of a difference. I'm still having restless nights and getting hot flashes on and off. I was really hoping for some relief, but this just didn't work for me. Everyone's body is different, but I personally didn't see the results I was looking for. However, I only tried this for a month so maybe I need to take it longer to see any effectiveness.

It also gives my skin a pretty shine that isn’t too sparkly — just a nice glow. It’s great to use in the summer or when I want my skin to look extra nice. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a while. I would definitely buy it again!
