I like eating protein bars but find that they're always too hard and usually chocolate-based that I was excited to try the PowerBar Plant Protein bars. The texture and look of the bar is very similar to a granola bar, something that I would typically eat for breakfast, so it was appealing right off the bat. As a personal fan of salted caramel this particular version of the bar was something I knew I would enjoy. It has a rather sweet taste versus other protein bars that I've tried but given it's ingredients you know that it's actually good for you. Since the texture is soft and chewy it's easy to eat and doesn't get stuck all over your teeth like some protein bars. You can definitely note the hints of salted caramel and cashews as you're consuming the bar which make it that much more enjoyable to eat. It's rich in flavour and tastes really good! After you're done eating this protein bar you feel fulfilled almost as if you had eaten a full meal and I felt that the full effect lasted longer than typical protein bars. The Power Bar left me feeling full of energy and ready to tackle the day. -

It has a light texture and doesn't become flaky once it's been in your hair for the whole day. I also enjoyed the smell of the product. -
